Dr. Khan graduated from Boston University with the dream of providing his patients with a modern and streamlined approach to dentistry. Now with four established practices, and his charity Joshua's Tree, Dr. Khan's focus has turned to management and giving back.

Dr. Tom Laurenza, DDS

Dentist

Dr. Laurenza obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry. He also completed an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from McMaster University. During his time at the University of Toronto, Dr. Laurenza was able to excel scholastically and clinically, while participating on several intramural sports teams and volunteering for various charitable organizations.

Dr. Laurenza is excited to be a part of the team at Heartland Health. As a graduate of St. Gregory Elementary School and Rick Hansen Secondary School and as a member of various sports leagues in Mississauga, Dr. Laurenza feels privileged to be a able to maintain and improve the oral health of the community that he grew up in.

Dr. Laurenza is very passionate about his treatment and enjoys all aspects of dentistry. He is a strong believer in preventive dentistry and values the importance that it has in maintaining oral health and general health. Dr. Laurenza also spends a great deal of time focusing on patient education so that his patients feel comfortable with his treatment plans. His commitment to patient education also allows his patients to understand what causes oral disease and the steps that are needed to prevent it.
Dr. Laurenza has a friendly personality and understands that every patient is unique. This is why every treatment plan he creates is individualized to each patient.

He is in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario and is a member of the Canadian, Ontario, and Halton-Peel Dental Associations. When Dr. Laurenza is not working, he enjoys reading, playing sports, such as hockey and golf, and spending time with his wife and son, and his family and friends

Dr. Mohammed Zuhair, DDS

Dr. Zuhair received his Bachelor's degree in psychology from Toronto Metropolitan University. He then received the Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Toronto. He is an active member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario and the Ontario Dental Association. Dr. Zuhair enjoys practicing all aspects of general dentistry, and emphasizes patient comfort and providing the best quality of dental care. Dr. Zuhair is passionate about educating patients and encouraging his patients to be involved in their treatment plan.
In his free time, Dr. Zuhair enjoys playing soccer, hiking, reading and spending time with his family.

Nerissa has been in dentistry for over 20 years. She loves to build long lasting relationships with her patients and strives to provide them with the best care possible. She also loves to travel and spend quality time with her two beautiful daughters.

Dr. Ravneet Rayat

Family Physician

Dr. Rayat attends to his patient's needs by providing a holistic approach to health care. This focus on patient centred medicine has helped him recognize and understand the important needs of his patients. In addition to family medicine he has an interest in chronic disease management, mental health, geriatrics, sports medicine, and cosmetic medicine. When not in clinic, Dr. Rayat enjoys staying physically active and participating in sports and weight training. He has been an avid traveller and enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is available 5 days a week for walk-in and family practice appointments.

Shanti, RN

Shanti has been a valued member of the Premiere Health Group family since its inception, and so is a familiar face around the office! Shanti brings 24 years of experience as an operating room nurse at SickKids Hospital, which shows her commitment to patient care. She ensures the smooth management of the office and makes sure patients and their families have a positive experience at every visit! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and 4 children, and her husband of 28 years.

Trish has been in the dental field for 15 years, but was previously in the HR field for 12 years! Her experience in HR has allowed her to excel in her role as Office Manager - if you have a problem, Trish can solve it! In her free time, Trish loves to read and keep up to date on the latest movies with her husband of 22 years - and her 3 children! Her tight knit family translates to her approach towards patients and staff, which is an integral part of why patients feel so special when they walk through our doors!
